What is the maximum number of times the mask can be disinfected?

It is recommended to disinfect the mask up to 40 times. We recommend disinfecting the mask after each use.


How do you properly disinfect the mask?

We recommend spraying or disinfecting the mask with a disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol content. Then let the mask dry completely.


How should one wash the FFP2 mask?


Place the mask in a clean sink and fill it with 30-40°C warm water. Swirl the mask in the water for about 30 seconds. Please do not rub, wrinkle or scrub to protect the mask. Please do not use detergent.
In principle, we recommend hand washing, as washing in the washing machine leads to a faster loss of the protective effect. 

Washing machine:

Pack the mask in a delicates bag. Use a delicate program at 40°C. Make sure that there are no other textiles in the washing machine, as the nose clip could become brittle. The mask can be washed a maximum of 20 times. Please do not use any detergent.


After cleaning, simply let the mask dry. It is recommended to put the mask on the drying rack. Please do not use clothespins.

The mask must never be dried in a dryer or ironed afterwards.


What is the maximum number of times the mask can be washed?

It is recommended to wash the mask a maximum of 20 times. The mask must be disinfected after each wash.


Does laundry replace disinfecting?

No, the mask should be disinfected after each use with an alcohol-based disinfectant with a minimum concentration of 70%. Disinfection without washing is permitted.


How do I put the mask on and off correctly?

Before putting on the mask, wash your hands with soap and water or an alcohol-based disinfectant.

Cover your mouth and nose with the mask, making sure that there are no gaps between your face and the mask. Avoid touching the mask during use. To remove the mask, hold the straps from behind.


When is the filter protection impaired?

If the mask shows mechanical damage (e.g. a hole) or if there are significant signs of use, or when the expiry date on the packaging has expired. After that, the mask may no longer be used.


Does the mask have an expiration date?

Yes, the mask has a shelf life of 60 months from the production date stated on the packaging.


Can i wear a wet mask?

No, the mask must dry after disinfecting or washing. Never put the mask on when it is wet.


Are the ear loops of the mask adjustable?

The ear loops are approx. 20 centimeters long and easily adjustable.


How can you get the most out of the fit?

The mask has a flexible aluminum nose clip that allows for optimal adjustment to the face.


How should the mask be stored?

The mask should be stored in the manufacturer's packaging in rooms with a humidity below 80% and at a temperature of -30 ° C to + 70 ° C. The mask should be protected from direct sunlight, heat and harmful chemicals, moisture, dirt and mechanical damage.


Does the mask comply with the regulations of the European Union?

Yes, the mask complies with the European standard: EN149: 2001 + A1: 2009 respiratory protection equipment. Filtering half masks to protect against particles. Regulation (EU) 2016/425 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 on personal protective equipment and repealing Council Directive 89/686 / EEC. 


What additional warnings are there?

How long can i wear the mask?

It is recommended that you do not wear the mask for more than 8 hours at a time. Then the masks must be disinfected.


Is the mask environmentally friendly?

Yes, as it is a reusable mask.


Can the mask be ironed?

The mask must never be ironed.


If the regulations are not observed, the effectiveness can be severely restricted.
